OmniBSIC Bank Ghana, known for its rapid growth in the country’s banking sector, has made strategic moves to enhance customer service by relocating two of its branches. This initiative aims to better cater to its expanding customer base in the Western and Greater Accra Regions, ensuring increased accessibility and convenience.
In the Western Region, the Tarkwa branch has been relocated to Plot No. 7A near the old DVLA Office on Hospital Road. This new location, situated in a prime area, provides easier access to the bank’s services for customers. Similarly, in the Greater Accra Region, the Adabraka branch has been relocated to Nii Amugi Street, 46 Kwame Nkrumah Avenue, Adabraka. This move places the branch in a more prominent and accessible location, facilitating improved service delivery and convenience for customers.
The Bank’s Management is confident that these relocations will create more opportunities to engage with and support their clientele effectively. By positioning both branches centrally, they aim to attract a larger customer base and provide an enhanced banking experience.
Bernice Asamoah, a Divisional Head at the Bank, emphasized the benefits of the new locations, stating, “The new locations are much more central and allow us to reach our clients easily and become more accessible. Moving to these prime areas in Tarkwa and Adabraka enables us to expand our reach and serve more clients, benefiting both the branches and the Bank as a whole. We are grateful to management for the relocation.”
These strategic relocations are part of OmniBSIC Bank’s ongoing efforts to improve customer service, enhance brand visibility, and operational efficiency. By situating branches in more strategic locations, the Bank aims to meet the evolving needs of its customers and strengthen their relationship.
OmniBSIC Bank has recently received recognition for its growth and contribution to the banking sector. It was awarded the Fastest Growing Corporate Bank Ghana 2023 at the 13th Year Global Banks & Finance Awards.
